Our Tres Leches cakes are a sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk. The combination of these milks gives the cake its distinctive texture, which is moist and rich without being overly heavy.
Our sponge cake is light and airy, allowing it to absorb the milks without falling apart. After soaking, our cake is topped with whipped cream and filled with fresh fruits.
