Yes! We have an exterior elevator located at the North entrance. If you need assistance, please call us before you make your trip down to the Haymarket.

We offer a variety of allergy-friendly baked goods, including:

– Dairy-free options
– Gluten-friendly items
– Vegan treats

You can order these allergy-friendly goods either through custom orders or by visiting our bakery during store hours for grab-and-go selections. Please note that the availability of items may vary by season. Our current weekly “staple” offerings include:

– Avocado brownies – available daily
– Sweet potato cookies – available on weekends
– French macarons – available daily
– Cake by the slice – available on weekends (varies by request)

“Gluten Friendly”
Please note that while we bake all gluten-friendly items in a separate oven and use special equipment and separate ingredients, we also produce other gluten-containing baked goods in the same kitchen. Therefore, cross-contamination is possible. That’s why we say “Gluten friendly”. Our facility accommodates those who have a gluten intolerance or choose to avoid gluten for personal reasons. If you have concerns or a severe reaction to gluten, we advise you to avoid our baked goods.
Additionally, we occasionally produce items that contain nuts and store a variety of nuts in our kitchen.
We prioritize effective communication and have created a six-step process to ensure all parties agree on their order.

1 – Custom order request submitted
2 – A quote is provided
3 – An order form is developed
4 – Client review/edits/approval
5 – Down Payment is made – by phone or in person
6 – The order is officially scheduled
All inquiries about custom orders, whether online or in-store, will be responded to within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response within that time frame, please reach out to us again, as we may not have received your inquiry.
Please note, that orders are not officially entered into our schedule unless they have a partial or full payment applied.
We usually require a minimum of one week’s notice for orders. However, our web forms feature a calendar that provides an accurate view of our availability. Occasionally, we can accommodate orders with less than one week of lead time.
Our team prepares custom orders every Monday to plan for the week ahead. This process includes gathering all special grocery items and decoration supplies. Each baker is scheduled daily to ensure that there is ample time to produce high-quality goods for your special occasion.
We provide delivery through DoorDash mainly. If you select our “Delivery” button on our main navigation bar, you’ll see our DoorDash menu.
For deliveries beyond our usual service, availability will depend on our team’s schedule. Each delivery scenario will be reviewed and quoted based on its specific details. Currently, we do not have dedicated delivery drivers, so special deliveries may take additional time away from baking our delicious goods or assisting customers in-store. As a result, we may not always be able to accommodate delivery requests.

If you’re in the area and would like to place a carryout order, please call us ahead of time. We will prepare your order, bag it up, and bring it out to you.

For your convenience, we have a few 30-minute loading zones near our bakery, as well as quick “in and out” parking by the two large garage doors North of our facility.
