Our team bakes in small batches throughout the week using real ingredients, no artificial flavors, and hand-mixed recipes for exceptional quality and freshness. From cakes, brownies, cookies, and tarts to seasonal specialties, you’ll find over 20 signature treats made locally in Lincoln, alongside a thoughtfully curated selection from other talented local bakers.

Sensitive Sweets – Treats that are allergy-conscious:

Our allergy-safe menu is limited due to cross-contamination concerns for those with severe allergies. We bake treats weekly in our kitchen that contain wheat, nuts, soy, milk, and eggs. We understand some allergies can be severe, so we aim to take full caution. We have a separate section of the kitchen and separate ingredients that we use to produce our allergy-safe sweets; however, we can’t fully guarantee that items are safe for those with severe allergies.

Treats we bake fresh:

• Avocado Brownies – Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Vegan – Made fresh weekly and available while supplies last
• Monster Cookies – Gluten-free but not recommended for celiac because the oats are not certified gluten-free

New treats offered pre-packaged: (Certified Gluten Free)

We now offer treats from a partnering bakery that are pre-packaged and certified gluten-free. Those treats are available while supplies last and are ordered in small batch sizes. These are available at both locations (Gateway Mall & Haymarket).
